We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyse traffic, and (where applicable) support marketing.

The Site and our application process are directed at adults (founders, operators and professionals) and are not intended for children under the age of 16 (or the minimum age set by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this Site. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Note: education products that BOMI builds or operates may be directed at students, including minors. Those products are governed by their own separate privacy notices, not this Policy.

No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant authorities and, where required, affected individuals, in line with applicable law.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services (including social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
