Research & Product
Senior Product Researcher / Market Analyst
BOMI Lab is a venture platform that creates and scales digital products at the intersection of education and technology. We test new ideas quickly, validate demand, and scale what works.
We are looking for a Product Researcher & Market Analyst who combines market analysis with product thinking. You will read market signals, understand user pain points, and turn research into clear market entry recommendations.
What you will own
- Research international markets, including the US, Europe, MENA, and APAC, for new EdTech and digital opportunities.
- Estimate TAM, SAM, and SOM using public data, SimilarWeb, Statista, Crunchbase, and analytical reports.
- Analyze competitors across positioning, pricing, user reviews, feature sets, and go-to-market strategy.
- Run customer discovery through interviews, surveys, and qualitative research with 10-20+ responses per hypothesis.
- Create clear market entry recommendations for the team.
- Analyze validation test results, including CTR, conversion rate, CPA, willingness to pay, and lead quality.
What we expect
- Experience researching international markets, not only local ones.
- Ability to combine desk research, data, and live interviews into one coherent market picture.
- Structured thinking through frameworks, not spreadsheets for their own sake.
- Clear understanding of the difference between market information and actionable market entry recommendations.
- Comfort with ambiguity around launching new products.
Success in first 3-6 months
- 75+ ideas scanned through fast desk research and opportunity mapping.
- 25+ hypotheses built with supporting research.
- 5-8+ full market studies completed with TAM/SAM/SOM, competitor analysis, and market entry recommendations.
- Team decisions are based on your findings, not gut feeling.
- A scalable research process is documented and used for new projects.
What we offer
- Influence product decisions from day one.
- Work with several international products across different verticals.
- Remote-first format and a flexible schedule.
- Unlimited days off and sick leave.
- Competitive compensation with review based on results.
Hiring process
- Interview with a recruiter.
- Test assignment.
- Interview with the CGO.
- References and offer.
